Anna is a trauma-informed Mizan Abdominal Massage Therapist, Womb Awakening Teacher & Mentor, Theta Healing Practitioner, a Female Health Ambassador and a Woman.
She is passionate about helping women to re-discover the power and wisdom they have within their Wombs, support and guide them on their femininity journey.
Her personal journey with endometriosis has led her to dive deep into her own story with femininity, abdominal health and re-connection with the seat of her femininity, her Womb.
She has worked with hundreds of women in group setting, as well as personally and after her move to Italy, she continues her femininity work both online and in-person, spreading the word about Mizan, Self-Care Massages and it's benefits to all women regardless of age.
She is a big nature lover and is feeling super blessed in living in South-Tyrol, where the Dolomites, the waterfalls, lakes and mountains are surrounding her everyday life. She is now also organising femininity-retreats into this heavenly part of the world, sharing her passion for nature as well as old feminine rituals, such as Sacred Anger and Grief Rituals and so much more.
