Hello,

My name is Arlene and I came to Mizan through my works as a birth educator and doula.  I have been passionate around the subject of women health and fertility for some time and this seemed the next step in my therapeutic work with helping women connect with themselves and their womb space.

I live and work in East London, as a yoga teacher, doula, massage practitioner and craniosacral therapist.  I am also currently a baker for farmers markets and beekeeper of 5 hives in my apiary.
