After many years receiving Mizan since 2015 as a client, I decided to embark on the training myself as a Mizan practitioner in 2024. Alongside this, I am a Shamanic and Reiki Practitioner and mother to 5. I offer packages and 121 bespoke care in Mizan and sacred wrapping alongside an array of other alternative and holistic therapies. I am based in South Yorkshire and offer mobile sessions upon request if mileage is to be covered.

Myself and my husband also work in unison to offer Couples Mizan packages for he too is a Male Mizan Practitioner. This enables us to hold space for those looking to deepen their connection in relationships or share a holistic fertility journey together with Mizan.

In Autumn/winter 2026 I will be embarking on a new journey to compliment all that I emcompass. I will be a newly qualified Sound Healing Practitioner and able to offer clients, unique full body and womb sound healing massage. The embodiment of sound is profoundly clearing and complimentary for those looking to explore various healing practices.

My longterm path is to become a advanced Mizan Practitioner and a doula for my wisdom with mothering runs deep within my soul. I cant wait to offer nurturing pregnancy support, drumming for birth, and postnatal care. Mizan Therapy will so beautifully interweve with this.
