Kay trained as a Mizan therapist in May 2023 and wants to empower women to reconnect with their cycles and embrace the power they have within. Having had two children herself, she knows the importance of women’s health, and really wants to help women with theirs, especially during conception, pregnancy and postnatally. Which is why Kay is doing Mizan fertility, pregnancy and post natal courses in January 2024.
Kay trained to become a Mizan therapist after having the treatment herself and noticing such dramatic differences to her menstrual cycle and IBS symptoms. Kay wants to pass on traditional healing knowledge that has been lost to help support women in their own healing journey.
Kay is also a qualified breastfeeding peer support worker in the Leeds area and very passionate to help support women and their babies in their feeding journey.
