I am an Energy Healer, Mizan Therapist and Heart Centered Facilitator working in the Northeast of England.

I specialise in creating nurturing, magical spaces for women to heal their stories and reclaim lost parts so that they can more fully embody who they are meant to be, whole and centred in their truest self.

I work with women on all aspects of womb healing, but I am especially interested in holding space for those whose journeys to and through motherhood have not been easy or straightforward (including post-birth healing, fertility issues, healing after loss, healing from relationship trauma, and post-surgical healing).
