I am Terri. I feel very passionate about helping people to reconnect with themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Reconnecting with my womb has been part of my own journey. I am mother of three and grandmother of one and have personal experience of miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, infertility, IVF, painful menstruation, and now am embracing becoming a mid life women and peri menopause.

Becoming a Mizan Therapist felt like a natural progression from the Closing the bones work I have been doing (trained by Rocio Alarcon from Ecuador).

I am a recognised birth and post natal doula (trained with Michel Odent), a trained massage therapist, reflexologist, aromatherapist and Iyengar yoga teacher. I co-facilitate a Joy of Living meditation group. I have also trained in mindfulness and have a daily meditation practice.
