My practice is centered around Mizan, an integrative approach that supports healing by addressing the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system. I believe true healing is not simply about managing symptoms, but about creating greater balance, awareness, and connection within ourselves.

I am Vendy, and I am deeply passionate about the work I do and about supporting women through the beautiful and transformative journey of fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I have always felt a strong connection to nature, spirituality, and the wisdom of the body, and these values are woven into the way I work. I believe there is something deeply meaningful about slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, and remembering that our bodies carry an incredible innate wisdom.

Alongside my work as a Mizan Practitioner, I am also a Fertility Practitioner and Pregnancy & Postnatal Practitioner. I am trained as a Doula through When Push Comes to Shove, in Closing the Bones with Sophie Messager, and as a Birth Keeper through the Artemis Birth Attendant Academy.

Through Mizan, I offer a compassionate and grounded space to explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck or disconnected. I may also draw from my other training and practices when appropriate, always with the intention of supporting each woman in a way that honors her individual needs and journey.

At the heart of my work is the belief that we already carry an innate capacity for healing. My role is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with yourself, your body, and your own inner wisdom.

I work just 2 minute walk from Lidl in Horsham.
