From it's conception, through the development and then the birth. I have thought long and hard and decided that I need to have a cancellation policy. I understand that everyone has a good reason for cancelling, but I need to protect myself and the other participants to ensure that the retreat will go ahead. Please be certain that you will be to able to attend before you book. You may cancel your booking within 14 days and I will refund your deposit. After that, cancellation will result in you losing your deposit. The fee includes activities, food and accommodation in shared en suite rooms. If you require a single room, there is a supplement of £150. Note that if the retreat is fully booked there will be no option for a single room. Secure your place with a deposit of £200. The balance is payable in increments with the final payment due four weeks before the start of the retreat. On booking : £200 leaving a balance of £550 Twelve weeks before the retreat: £200 Eight weeks before the retreat: £200 Four weeks before the retreat: £150 (plus single room supplement) Failure to keep to this payment schedule may result in you losing your place and all payments already made. Cancellation of your place within four weeks of the training will result in you losing all payments made.
