I am a doula with a background in Education. I love supporting women and being part of their healing journey, whatever it looks like and for as long as they need it.

My Mizan journey began in 2017 in the Wombspace. As a practitioner within both the Mizan Training Team and the Appraisers Team, I support others as they deepen their knowledge and connection to the practice, while nurturing the bonds of sisterhood that lie at the heart of Mizan.

I am light, I am love. Mind is a safe space.
